Step 1 — Open Toast Reports

Navigate to: Reports → Exports

Step 2 — Set Date Range

Recommended: Last 90–120 days

Step 4 — Export Format

All standard formats accepted: CSV, Excel (.xlsx), PDF reports, or ZIP.
We work with whatever format your POS or payroll software exports.

Step 3 — Export Reports

Required: Product Mix, Discounts / Comps / Voids, Sales by Hour, Labor Summary
Recommended: Modifier Sales, Hourly Labor, Promo Redemptions, Revenue Center Sales, Guest Counts
Deep Review: KDS Ticket Times, Manager Overrides, Refund Reports, Open Items

Compress all files into one ZIP folder and upload to Signal.
